We currently expect to provide all summer students with a single room in one of the shared apartment units of 15 West. Apartments include a kitchen and bathroom and are shared by 3–4 students.
Should we need to place a student in a shared space (e.g. a shared double loft), their housing costs will be reduced accordingly.
Rates are as follows (see below for dates):
Continuing students:
- full summer: $3,623
- partial summer: $3,085
Summer EFS students:
- full summer: $2,866
- partial summer: $1,778
Summer grad program students:
- full summer: $2,046
- partial summer: $1,632
Rates are per the dates provided under “Summer housing dates”. We do not prorate or reduce housing rates for shorter stays. Upon confirmation that you will live on campus during the summer, you cannot make changes to your selection.
